A special thank to Martha the sales associate who always assists me—she goes above and beyond every time, making sure I find exactly what I need. Her kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service keep me coming back. I truly appreciate the amazing experience every visit. Highly recommend this place!

The staff at Dallas location is honestly the Best and are always willing to help. Great Service and always friendly, knowledgeable and I love that they always respond! Shout out to Casaundra and Monte for always making sure I find what I need> Love how everything is organized and great selection in flowers, greenery and hard goods! Big Selection!

My daughter and I visited Bill Doran Company in December 2025 on a fact finding mission to order flowers for her January 15, 2026 wedding. We had visited another floral location in Ft. Worth a month prior but didn't receive any assistance. We were determined to DIY the flowers for the wedding with the help of my niece who has a side floral business and has done a few weddings. I had researched how to calculate the number of stems needed, etc. and felt like I had a base knowledge of what to do but the minute we walked into any floral company, we were overwhelmed and we never received assistance. The day we arrived at Bill Doran Company, Stephania greeted us and quickly offered to help when she learned we were looking for wedding flowers. What a blessing she was on that day! She sat down with us to listen to my daughter's vision, reviewed the shared wedding floral Pinterest board and helped us to make a plan. We were in the early planning stages but also needed to decide on the orders quickly since the wedding was a little over 2 weeks away. She walked us through the cooler, showed us different flowers and greenery to see what we liked and provided sooooo much valuable informa

Whoever answers the phone could be a little bit more polite. I understand there are rules but if they aren't explained clearly, you gotta expect people will have a questions. Don't cut them off less than a minute into conversation as if they've been pressing you.

I would recommend Greenleaf Dallas for all of your weddings and special events. The flowers for my daughter's wedding were SPOT ON beautiful, fresh, perfect!!! Being a floral designer I look at each flower with a more critical eye than most. Everything was beautiful and lovely. My salesperson, Casaundra is also very pleasant and knowledgeable. I can always trust Monte to source the specific variety and farm of whatever items I ask for. I also want to thank Michael for all of his help, I know I can count on him. Thank you Joe and Warren. I appreciate you going the extra mile.
